Tryout Dates Set
March 30th, 2010
Wilmington, MA --The Boston Shamrocks will be holding tryouts
on Friday April 23rd from 6:30-8:30PM and Saturday April 24th
from 9-11AM at Ristuccia Arena in Wilmington, MA. If you are
interested in attending tryouts please fill out and mail in
the 2010-2011 Tryout Application.
For any players and parents looking to stay in a hotel during
tryouts, please follow the link below to the Holiday Inn located
in nearby Woburn, MA. They are offering discounted rates for
players/parents attending Shamrocks tryouts, and also have
a shuttle that will run from the hotel to the arena each day.
The Shamrocks are an elite full-season U19/Intermediate AA
hockey team. Each of our players commit to playing our full
schedule of games, as well as attending practices four times
per week and participating in our off-ice conditioning program
at Mike Boyle’s Training Center. The Boston Shamrocks
compete in the top division of the Junior Women’s Hockey
League, as well as several top tournaments in the US and Canada.
Every Division 3 and Division 1 college will see our team
play multiple times over the course of the season, which results
in maximum exposure for each player. We also provide the players
with hotel and travel accommodations for each away trip, team
apparel and equipment, and access to class-specific tutors
and SAT Test prep sessions throughout the season.
