Sarahanne Cavolo Picks UMass-Boston

Wilmington, MA -- Boston Shamrocks forward Sarahanne Cavolo (Roxbury, NH) has committed to play for the UMass-Boston Beacons next season.

UMass-Boston competes in the ECAC East Conference, and under the guidance of Head Coach Maura Crowell has amassed the highest point total in the Beacons history last season.

For the Shamrocks, Sarahanne saw consistent ice time on the top forward line as well as on penalty kill and power play. Co-Head Coach Sarah Feldman notes, “Sarahanne possesses a high hockey intelligence, consistently making smart decisions while also being one of our top defensive forwards. She will be an immediate contributor to the UMass-Boston team, and I expect that we will be hearing about her achievements next season.”
